Learn the basics of the ancient art of paper quilling while making feather-light breakfast themed earrings! In this captivating two-hour class with Marcy Johnson, you'll explore the timeless art of paper quilling, where intricate designs come to life through the gentle manipulation of colorful paper strips. Under Marcy's guidance, you'll learn the fundamental techniques of paper quilling, from rolling and shaping to pattern creation. No prior experience is needed, and we will learn techniques not covered in previous quilling classes. At the end of the class, you'll depart with two pairs of earrings and the skills to make endless paper creations. Please note - this craft requires decent fine motor skills and up-close vision. Remember your glasses if you wear them! Ages 12 and up are welcome. All materials are included.
